Building Needs Assessment / Deferred Maintenance Project Listing
This list of building maintenance needs and enhancement projects has been established by the Board of Trustees. A more detailed explanation of this list is available to the congregation through a binder in the church library. This expanded listing includes a detailed scope for each project; material cut sheets, pictures, contractor/vendor estimates, and all associated costs, as well as completed projects that have been accomplished due to your generous support. The projects listed will be expedited by the Trustees in a prioritized manner as funds become available. The Church Family is given the opportunity to give toward this fund on an unrestricted basis (to be used by the Board at their discretion), OR you can give toward a specific project if desired. These specified funds will be "banked" in that particular project fund line until a time that sufficient monies have accumulated to a point where the project can be expedited completely or in part; soliciting donated labor and materials when and wherever possible. This project fund listing is intended to be a dynamic document that continually changes as it is updated and tweaked by the Trustees to reflect the current and future needs of First Baptist Church and its Congregation.
